She's twenty-three, and this is Audrey's first visit to the Rose Bowers. A two week stay, complimentary through her government job on Arcbright. She's alone.
She's heard stories of the Rose Bowers, of the unrestrained hedonism that's its stock in trade, and its matchmaking, which is reputed to be excellent.
She comes in with trepidation in her heart. Her suitcase rattles as it bumps over the threshold.
"I was wondering if you'd like to share one of those comfy little gazebos. Maybe not for sex, but..."
Eva smiles. "I think that could be arranged. I see one coming right up."
Audrey is first across the threshhold. She discards her dress and goes down into the pillows with a pluff.
Eva sits down next to her, leaving her own dress on. "My, you're energetic."
Eva does, softly. "What lesson do you think you're being taught now?"
"Mmmmmm. Not sure. Think maybe I'm just practicing what I've already learnt."
Eva lies back on the pillows. "Mmm. Maybe it'll become more clear soon."
"Mostly I just want to lie here for a little while and enjoy the gardens."
"No, I don't want to have sex." She halfsmiles. "But we can cuddle."
"... okay."
She cuddles in close and rests her head on Eva's breast. "You're sure?"
