And Space Arda, but that's more 'it's literally in the middle of everything adjacencywise, and has some personnel conveniences special to Space Elves' than a political hub-shaped organization. We're closer to Mîr but Vanda Nossëo is more Noldorin in character by far, it's a reasonable first stop."
