The fruit falls to the ground and cracks open, revealing many tiny fruits inside.

!!! MANY TINY FRUITS. Maybe this is why she couldn't properly bite into it before. She hops down to the ground gleefully and starts eating tiny fruits. 

The tiny fruits taste tart and rich and royal and purple, with a feeling of doing an easy job well, secure in the knowledge that your friends are doing theirs too, which makes the whole system go.

Oh WOW these are ALSO REALLY GOOD FRUITS. 

She hops up to the tree branch and bites another large fruit off. 

It falls, but this one doesn't immediately crack open.

(Hop friend flies over and watches what she's doing.)

Oh. 

OH. 

Maybe THIS is what she has sharp parts for!

"The tiny inside fruits are good!" she calls to hop friend, and then attempts to open the second fruit with her big head thorn. 

She can jab it with her big head thorn! Now it's got a hole in it, and she can pick it up on her thorn too if she wants, though it's a little awkward to carry since it's nearly half her size.

Her friend buzzes a happy acknowledgment and copies her in biting a fruit off.

She attempts to use her thorns to make the hole BIGGER. 

Some prying can get a section of the outside off!

Her friend is puzzling over its own fruit, which also didn't crack open. It tries copying her with its little tail thorn(?), but can't make much of a dent that way.

She hops over to open its fruit for it. 

"Thank you!," it says. After trying some of the inside fruits, it adds, "Really good!"

Her second fruit is just as tasty as the first.

"These are so good," she agrees. "We should see if the others want some!" 

Her friend follows her back.

Tokomon is still climbing around the trellis.

The two little blobs have finished their orbs, and seem to be doing a smaller hopping game.

And the good berries continue to run out. Competition is getting fierce for the plants which still have fruit.

"You guys you guys I found another good fruit!" 

Her friends turn to her, as do some of the blobs left out from the berries.

Tokomon, in turning, teeters on its perch.

Oh no!!! She darts over to the trellis so she can try to catch Tokomon on her leaf if it falls. 

She arrives in good time to make the catch, then. "Whoaoah! Thank you."

(Some of the other blobs cheer the rescue.)
