She chokes down a gasp as she comes face to face with Sable.

Eva wakes up, startled by the noise, and has a moment of disorientation as she wonders what this stranger is doing in her bed - 

- and then the memories of last night flood back in.

"... morning Strawberry," she says in a very small voice.

And this combination of reactions is finally enough to wake up Sable, who makes some cute "mmrgl" noises before looking around and seeing two gorgeous topless girls in bed with her.

"Um."

And then she remembers too. "Hi, you two."

She hugs them both tightly.

Eva snugs back. It's very comforting.

She smiles. "Hi girls!" She squeezes them back.

"Well, yesterday was. Certainly an experience." Eva giggles a little and absently runs her hand through Strawberry's hair. "Gosh I can hardly believe that actually happened." 

"You both deserve all that pleasure and more," Sable says with a warm smile and a firm nod.

"Yes, honestly." She says. "I used to put up with so much crap. This is nice." She nuzzles Sable. "So what do you girls want to do today?"

"Not sure. Maybe explore the academy a little more? It's creepy though, it gives me the willies. Still, I'm probably stuck here for a year or so, so..."

Sable shrugs. "Beyond getting that year counted off, I don't really have plans. Kinda curious what's going on with this place, but I'm flexible. Wouldn't mind occasional trips out to run a delivery or help someone with something, too, just wanna make sure we get the leaking bad luck off my lovely girlfriend."

"You don't have to hang around, though obviously we'd love your company. We're mostly managing okay on our own so far and we're not in danger of running out of food or anything with all the money we made selling wood."

"You sell wood?"

"Technically it's a kind of really woody kelp but yeah, it's basically lumber." 

"Ok, I need to know more, what kind of kelp is woody?"

"Running cargo is impressively profitable once you know which worlds need what goods from which worlds. Ocean world has kelp that's like teak, and Rorch has nearly no wood at all."

"Ocean world...? You mean Mu? The one with the psychic feshcrafting squid?"

"Psychic fleshcrafting squid? No, I mean the one with the sirens."

"I think Journeys of A Conduit called the one we ended up in Epiphor."

"Oh. I don't think I know that one. I should check it out with you sometime. But not now, we have a haunted Academy to explore!"

Eva laughs. "Sure, princess Strawberry. I've got nothing better to do." 

She looks over at Sable. "Do we want to stick with the train for now or?"

She wiggles in place, blushing. "Princess..." She mutters.

Sable grins and kisses first Eva's cheek, then Strawberry's. "Yep, Princess. And as far as the train, I think this is the kind of place that's easier to see on foot, as much as we might feel safer in the trainship."

"Alright, you're the boss."
