"That," he murmurs to Stiles under his breath, "sounds very tempting."

Ade does like to learn! Ade will learn. The teacher will have very little to do with this fact.

The teacher will teach them, no matter how stubborn they are.

Look at all this syntax, wow. So much grammar. Don't they feel enriched?

Stiles ignores the teacher and writes notes to himself like "Star Wars as a genre movie, contextualize better" and "Luke x Han x Leia, why threesomes are great".

Oh if only Ade knew what was going on in Stiles' head he would be so delighted. But unless he shares these notes, Ade will remain ignorant.

Class ends, and Stiles waves at the movie heathen.

"When should we do the movie marathon thing?" he asks as he's gathering his stuff up and leaving.

"We're free this weekend, right Scott?"

"I could let you two have the house to yourselves-"

"You're not getting out of watching these, again. Show some respect, Scotty."

"And besides he and I already have a date on Friday, I'm sure if we decide we need some time alone we can do that before and slash or after the movie session."

"Don't worry, Scott. Ade will take good care of me."

"I'm going to go to class now. See you later, Ade."

"Later." He winks at Stiles and it is next-class time.

Did Danny decide to accompany him again?

Why, it appears that he did!

"Fancy meeting you here. How's my favorite new kid?"

"Terribly excited about the next session of adults trying to impart knowledge on teenagers pretending they care. How's yourself? And for that matter, how's Jackson? He fled before I could ask if he was okay, after yesterday."

"He's okay. He can be kind of dramatic."

"That I can picture. I was worried he'd broken something."

"He didn't actually dislocate his shoulder, so he's basically fine. Might need a week to recover completely. Has anyone found out why McCall...hulked out like that?"

"Nnnot really. He didn't seem to know, either, when I tried to ask," he lies again—better tell Scott about this so they can keep their stories straight. "He said he just got really angry at the taunting and the coach for some reason and... snapped."

"Should I talk to the coach? Most people just tune him out when he goes too far, but if Scott is going to be a problem, I'd rather fix it now."

"I'm not sure. He was actually pretty spooked he reacted that strongly, might be a good enough incentive, might not, if the coach could be a little bit less needlessly confrontational towards hormonal kids barely out of diapers it might help."

"Coach doesn't really understand how to talk to people. I'll do my best."
