She brings the second half back.

Something is beeping in Shuri's lab and she's frowning at some of her holographic overlays. "Loki, any chance that planet is radioactive?"

"- yep that sounds plausible, here, I got you -" She boops Shuri.

"Thanks. Are Elves - okay with that, or -"

"It's distracting but Elves can repair our cells. Those of us that have cells. The whole planet is not like that, and the humans live in places that aren't."

"Wow."

"The other time somebody found a Space Arda it was much earlier and he made a trip to Dwarves to suggest how about they not invent nuclear weapons on account of it seemed like the Enemy was trying to keep a level-looking playing field to prevent the Valar from deciding to intervene and would just match anything invented."

"Wow, that's not fair!"

"Evil god! And in my Arda we didn't know this was a thing, it's much less obvious when it's all magic and deities running around doing magical deity things and not resolutely balanced technological output, so I just taught them enough physics to make a nuke and we nuked his fortress and he was like, har har, now I'm multiple walking giant fallout clouds. We did kill the orcs that way, that was something - kind of have to kill orcs till you have anything else to do with them."

"Sounds like shredding that particular jerk is going to be lots of fun for everyone involved."

"That's - doable?" Tony interrupts.

          "Danvers at her full power would be impossible to contain by any means available to the human race, but she needs to consume a star to ascend to that level of power. The bunker can be safely opened from the outside through the cooperation of Fury and eight of the onsite personnel, each of whom are in possession of partial instructions. There was some redundancy built into this retrieval system, but -"

"Lemme guess, not enough?"

"They keep all eight onsite? Do they need them all to send her food, books, and Nintendo games?"

"They maintained round-the-clock security at the facility so that S.H.I.E.L.D. would quickly learn of any attempt for anyone to break in or out."

"I suppose. The fact that it took Thanos to kill enough employees to render the locks unbypassable does not speak to the robustness of the system, but we're a little past making design suggestions..."
