Some parties have suggested, in good faith and motivated not by malice but by ignorance, that Her Majesty Aspexia III is Galtan. This is an outrageous lie. None of the evil and detestable Galtan national character has infected our Queen, and she has no associations with that mad anarchic state except by her alliance of Marriage with the Emperor Cyprian, who pacified the Galtan fanatics. The Queen was born in Westcrown and is descended from Aspex, also of Westcrown, and fled to Osirion when she realized it would be necessary to oppose the Diabolists to seize her rightful throne. She is not Galtan. All Galtans are a singularly lawless and loathsome people, but our Queen is Lawful Good.

No one literate is ignorant of where Litran is. You can just look on a map! Which makes this a political statement, and not at all the one it overtly is. The Queen is Galtan, and the pamphlet writer thinks that's the reason for the trouble, but you can't say that the city burned because the Queen is Galtan, so instead you vehemently denounce that stance, so that everybody knows it.
And of course the fact the Queen permits the publication of this tripe practically proves it.
