They didn't get anything to eat in the Lair. It wasn't clear why, until Paloma whispered that Eriape had likely forgot that living people had to. Sutge was getting hungry, and so Oraneta was happy to leave. Everyone was happy to leave. The lair was terrifying.

Everyone got a stack of Badgers, of course, and a spell cast on them, to keep the pamphlets dry. For one day, Eriape said. After that, they were on their own.

Everyone was happy to leave, until they got out into the rain. 

Sutge complained with some very plaintive mews- but she didn't get the spell cast on her.

Oraneta did.

It was raining, and she was completely dry.

A day later, she picks up another load of badgers. She's no longer dry, and it's still raining. Sutge is sleeping in a sheltered little nook, and will not budge.

Oraneta can read- most of the others can't, but she can. 

Her mother taught her.

The warehouse is empty. Someone's moved out, recently. Nothing but stains and bare floorboard.

There is a hatch in the center of the floor. "Friendly and Undying Badger Named Harià below. Descend in case of Fire or Other Risk."
