When most of the delegates have entered the convention hall, but before the President has called the meeting to order, he stands up and makes an announcement. "I have several castings of a spell that can temporarily give a person fluent knowledge of Chelish Taldane. In the interests of this Convention being better able to conduct its business I will cast it for free on any delegate with a need for it. Please approach me or one of my staff wizards if you are interested." |
