The place her magic has chosen to land her resembles a patch of English countryside (cottage and fields and fences and all) ripped up from the ground, moved into the the sky, and given a dusting of unearthly flora and fauna.
Nature has gone quite some distance to reclaiming this place. The cottage's roof is still intact, mostly, but furniture and cookware and so on is gone, the doors lie ajar or missing, and the stone paths are knobbly and covered in strange growth. The gardens and fields are barren or overgrown. The only animals are small birds, rodents, and strange floating creatures. A curious sort of grass with bulbous tips that seem to want to float away grows everywhere it can.
And all around, endless sky, as if one were perched on top of an impossibly tall mountain. Occasional specks and patches mark other floating islands in the distance.
