Nuria Tosta is probably an unusual sight even in the cosmopolitan capital; even a year after the four-day war.
Nuria is wearing her best, most Desnan outfit, which started life as a perfectly acceptable Asmodean dress in the possession of one of her clients. Black and low-cut, the first step in rehabilitating it was to embroider on the best starry night pattern she was able to manage without any ranks in Knowledge: Astronomy, and the second step was to use various colorful scraps of fabric to line the neckline, cuffs and hem in a rainbow of ruffles. Hanging from her neck is an actual butterfly, pinned to a card and set behind glass in a frame small enough to be repurposed as a pendant, and her hair is tied back with a scarf made of less-colorful scraps of fabric, each one with a different butterfly embroidered on it and then all of them stitched together once hiding her holy symbols in her plainclothes was no longer necessary.
She is attempting to find somewhere to stay, for the convention.
