On the city-planet of Elsul, a Sith sits outside a cafe sipping a fruity drink. She's guarded by a heavy battle droid (gathering more than a few startled stares from passerby, which the Sith and the droid both ignore) and accompanied by a servant droid covered in enameled flowers, who's scrolling through a list of local tourist attractions on a datapad and occasionally presenting options to her companions for discussion.
"...So. Knight Bani - what is it that you wished to ask of this droid? Daisy mentioned 'the experience of growing up as a class three' as a discussion topic, which... Involves things that Darth Kalbetis can't have getting around, especially attached to her name, because the Dark Council would probably kill her, and then if they didn't the Emperor would absolutely finish things - but she would not mind elucidating some of her relevant philosophies, if you agree to keep them to yourself, or, if you must, pretend you originated them."
"You will understand, but first you must agree to keep the origin of what you will understand to yourself. Will you agree to that, Jedi Knight Kypora Bani?"
"...I feel as though I should have asked for backup. Er, negotiation-shaped backup, I mean. But - yes, I'll not tie whatever you tell me to the name of Darth Kalbetis if I can help it. ...I may have to tell the relevant Councillors that I did acquire knowledge from something Sith. Depending on just what it is that's that important - if it is important to their work, I can't swear that I won't act to preserve lives."
"...If, somehow, lives are in the balance of her being known - you'll hear from her. Still - consider just how many lives hang in the balance of her territory alone. Her government would be purged with her."
"Good."
She already knew Daisy would understand the necessity of keeping this quiet - that's why she didn't feel the need to demand secrecy of her. Still, the open agreement is nice.
"...Ask your questions, Knight Bani."
"...You know, when I mentioned that I was curious what insights you'd have on - maybe not even 'being a class three droid', perhaps 'being someone that has likely also had to deal with situations like "people insisting that there is not a relevant hierarchy to a conversation they're having with you"', I said I'd have no idea what to ask, if I had the chance."
Daisy waits a beat before speaking. "It might make sense to just start at the beginning: What did Darth Kalbetis want when she made you, and what was that like for you?"
