Bugfixes

• Fix post viewers not displaying on the metadata page of posts with an access list
• Display "Join us!" on the Contribute page (instead of the broken "Write something!" link) for logged out users
• Fix duplicate HTML IDs on the mobile login page.
• Calculate the next/previous post in a continuity section more efficiently (using the database instead of iterating in the code)

Development work

• Upgrade from Ruby 2.6.3 to Ruby 2.6.5
• Upgrade rubocop gems, Node version used in development, and Bundler
• Improve some minor automated tests
• Reorder Dockerfile commands for cache reuse in rebuilding images
