An SCP foundation alt of Fernando. Lacks the traumatized authoritarian bent of Chelish of Imperial Fernando, but has a common thread of making questionable life decisions in the pursuit of magic.

Notable Magicks:

* a library card bearing his true name

* knowledge of the location of and procedure for accessing several Ways (magical portals or passages or doors) to the Wanderer’s library

* the ability to make pool table bars appear ex-nihilio with a few hours concentration and mediation. They tend to randomly disappear when not observed. And it gives him trippy headaches afterwards. He’s working on cutting down his “casting time” and expanding to making other sport related sphere.

* The ability to memetically name inanimate objects with several hours of ritual activity. I.e. he named a pet rock Steve, if random people are asked to identify that rock or pick a nickname for that rock they will naturally pick “Steve”.
