One of the few major cities of the Kingdom of Villarosa, and a relatively new one - it was built as the major network hub of their rail network, and consequently accreted a variety of industry that either supports or depends upon the rail for its markets - alchemy, for one, as well as a branch of the Royal Academy of Mages and the Enchanters' Guild. As this is a particularly cosmopolitan location, you can find most anything here if you know where to look.
