Sue Wanda "Swan" Prescott, from a novel I've never read and only discovered just now when googling to see if the character had a canon facecast. She doesn't, but Mycast suggested Dove. So here we are.

Swan has an empathic connection to plants, which allows her to magically accelerate growth and bring life back to dead plants through touch.
