Doctor Sam, one of the public faces of the ominous masterminds called The Heads. Has a mild soft side to her, where she insists upon viewing the captives as people, but can still match Matt's level of sadism without remorse because she doesn't care about said people. Faceclaim chosen on a whim because all actual details have long been lost to the annals of time.
