Look, nobody knows any details of this character. The journal was deleted, and the only traces of her are using muggle tech so it's possible she was an alternate universe version. Which would make sense, because the game had limits on magic usage and powers. But either way, everything other than the writing you see and the assumption of facecast based on the movies has long since been lost.
