Description

True Neutral Inquisitor of Pharasma. Ambivalent between Good and Evil, though more in a 'torture bad but I will not do anything about it' than in a truly sociopathic manner.
Native to Ustalav and the only thing he strongly dislikes are the undead.

He considers undead to be the primary threat that Golarion faces. Partially due to it not being endorsed by Pharasma, which he views as having some degree of control over the extremities of the Gods and afterlives but less so over the actions of mortals who raise the dead. That the Tyrant was never killed, he considers to be a worse problem than Infernal Cheliax or possibly the Worldwound, but he hides that close to heart.
Valerian can be reckless at times, out of a held belief that people waffle on problems - that facing them head on rather than delaying can often make the distinction between defeat and not. He isn't impractical about it, he knows he wouldn't win against a Lich, but that spending diplomatic effort with them or engaging with Ustalavan bureaucracy or nobility is a waste of time.

Specialized in interrogation and combat. Uses a mix of torture, manipulation, and Detect Thoughts.
