Responsible for specifying and sourcing equipment, as well as analyzing its effectiveness; also includes making sure stuff gets where it needs to go. Tends to be crosstrained with the Iomedaean Inquisition - not to be confused with the Mendevian one.

Under Garrison and Siege. Not usually the best at combat, but you don't work for Lastwall if you are expecting to *not* fight, and they're encouraged to pick up useful tricks. May contain rogues.
