A goblin that would be a hero. Worshipper and self proclaimed seer of Lamashtu, his actual understanding of Lamashtu's values is... limited as best. Resolves conflicts between goblins and other River Kingdoms inhabitants via jokes, (mostly harmless) pranks, and (mostly self-inflicted) slapstick.
