I would need to see the people to be certain but we could stop them from aging, or give them control over when this - reproductive phenomenon - begins.

"It would generally be undesirable to prevent growth in children or to become an adult without a spring, so this does not assuage the concern entire, but it would be not unwelcome."

If they come here I can see what options look feasible.

Ocean portals could probably be accomplished if it seemed suitable.

"Would it be necessary for the other ends to also be ocean?"

I do not expect so.

"Should we expect that we can also bring back the buildings in which we were emplaced if there is some way to move them, or no?"

That would require acting directly in Beleriand, one presumes.

"One set of visitors has magic and it would not astonish me if they could move the buildings to the ocean themselves, although I don't know it to be possible for certain."

In that case the buildings could be relocated as well.
