If you are visiting the Museum on a sunny day, you may notice the colored shadows cast on the floor here. This is an abstract piece by Lhetasi called "The Ever-Shifting Path". The stained glass skylight uses a set of angled panes to cast colored walkways along the floor which shift as the sun shifts in the sky. When the colored paths cross, they create patches of rich, complex color not found in the glass of the installation itself.

If you follow the blue path — or the less sunlight-dependent blue signage — you can view our wing dedicated to representational art, including some of our oldest sculptures. The yellow path will take you to the wing of the building dedicated to abstract art. The red path leads to our main exhibit "Art Through Alien Eyes".
