Mmmm. She sprawls out happily on her cozy new bed.

Talyr pets her hair, slides out from under her, and retrieves his pants.

Right. Pants. Khythen also puts his pants back on.

"Come visit again soon."

"You bet we will."

Khythen gives her one last hairpet and then leaves the room and opens the door to the one next door. The woman inside is in fact in the process of being raped, but once Khythen explains Izaneth the rapist is happy to remove himself and his victim from the stone slab so Izaneth can work.

He fixes up the bed the same way he did with Nerine's, reshaping the stone into something softer and more comfortable and easier to clean.

The rapist is impressed!

Izaneth beams. And takes a minute to pretty up the walls before moving on.

The other five pregnant captives are not busy.

They do need to get the girls off the beds somehow, and Talyr sees no reason not to try asking politely.

The first girl slides off the stone slab gingerly, and backs up as far away from the three of them as possible. She seems to be the most scared of Khythen, judging by how much time she spends with her eyes trained on him as opposed to the other two.

"Thank you," says Talyr.

Izaneth fixes the bed. "There you go," he says with a careless wave, already walking out of the room.

She nods mutely and stays pressed against the far wall until they're all out.

And the next?

Too paralyzed with fear to get off the slab. She also spends a lot more time looking at Izaneth and Talyr than Khythen. 

He picks her up and puts her down on the floor, and doesn't touch her again afterward. It doesn't seem worth it just to put her back into bed.

What about the third pregnant woman?

Her eyes are kind of unfocused. She flinches when they come into the room but mostly doesn't react to them until and unless they touch her, at which point she starts shaking and attempts to curl up into a little ball.

Yeah, that's another one to leave on the floor.

Then she will successfully curl up into a little ball!

And Izaneth fixes her bed and they move on to the next one.

This one pretends to be unconscious as they enter the room. Badly.

Well, then, she can be gently scooped up and set down on the floor, and scooped back up again and returned to her bed when Izaneth is done with it.

Her breathing gets more ragged when he touches her but she relaxes slightly when introduced to the coziness.
