Demon attacks are rare.
Of course, a single traveler or a small group of them is so fantastically unsafe from such that no one in their right mind would do that in the first place, but large caravans are usually perfectly safe.

When he has gotten down to the wrist and there aren't any more little bones to go plink on the floor he heals her.
This time instead of leaving after taking his turn actually raping her he goes back to breaking her some more.
Perhaps she could suggest it if and when she has the leeway to make requests. Meanwhile have some healing.
He starts breaking her again. And again. Eventually he takes another turn, this one in her throat, lung trick and all. He does heal her first, but lays one hand on her ribcage and cracks it in several places whilst raping her.

She kind of misses him. He only has one trick but it's such a good trick. Well, maybe one of the ones who likes burning pieces off her will come back.

The demon who drew pretty designs on her stomach in burns when fire was first added to the equation steps up to start raping her. Things continue in that vein for a while. Sometimes Bone Demon comes in and does his thing, sometimes one of the Burning Pieces Off demons do their thing, sometimes Art Demon does any of a variety of pretty things.
One morning she wakes up without a demon already raping her.
