The summoner is in Hazel. You really don't need to worry about it, he's been summoned totally unbound a couple times and he was excruciatingly responsible about it, your forensics can confirm that.

We can't discount the possibility that it's trying to secure an opportunity it hasn't had yet.

I know. That's why it's really important to know if he's lying. And I have a computer in front of me that says he's not, and I want to come to Singapore and compare notes so we can figure out who got it wrong. But I won't come if you're going to shoot me, I'm not his summoner.

And it will be, 'cause I just did that this morning. And then - I don't want to be accusatory or anything but I think someone has to be lying to you and I want to figure out who and why."
