The Valar announce that they've done as much as they can in Singularity (they can't bring back peoples' babies in that critical period either, but they can get them earlier versions) and are setting up portals between there and Sanity as soon as they are confident they've cleaned up the plague. A bunch of Elf architects have this wild idea for a fivedimensional city where alternating intersections are interdimensional portals between various Valinors and they get eagerly to setting it up.
They were lovely books. It's not okay to murder people over good stories; her world grappled at length with that question.
"But if the author'd died without unchiplocking them then she would've turned up in Limbo with no chip and no way to install one and the sequel would be lost! Forever!"
If it was important enough to murder people over, it was important enough to serve a prison sentence for murder over, right?
Well, of course not! I commend her for that! If she had, then people would learn they could get things they wanted by murdering innocent people.
"I will go wherever you want but I need the rest of the series like air only not like air because I don't need air!"
I will make sure that the author does not get stuck in Limbo forever, but if she decides to stop writing because she's traumatized about people being murdered over her work, that's your own fault.
Varda has a long story to tell this demon, about a man who had hundreds of millions of people tortured for art. Is she interested in hearing it?
Anyway that sounds like a distraction but the demon will answer any summons Varda wants if she can HAVE THE BOOK, SHE NEEDS THAT BOOK.
He's in somebody's garage. There's a camera aimed at the circle but nobody in the garage.
Well, soon there'll be video verification that he's actually a demon. He waits. Can he make himself his computer -
Nope, he can't make things that are extraneous to his task, which he doesn't have one of yet.
Well, the circle could've been there for days, they can't be expected to monitor it constantly. He now speaks Indonesian; he will happily distract himself introspecting on Indonesian and then reading the binding.
