A bunch of Elf architects have this wild idea for a fivedimensional city where alternating intersections are interdimensional portals between various Valinors and they get eagerly to setting it up.
She can arrest moving objects in their tracks, but is warned that if she does that as an area effect and not a specific counter then the fairy's neighbors, if any, will be irritated.
