I'm also glancing at some of the aesthetic items, like Well Endowed, and it seems a little weird that only the facial beauty perk has the unsurpassably feature? I guess I'm also not too sure what a 'supernaturally beautiful voice' means in practice. 

Isekai Roulette picks from the set of all worlds accessible to the Spirit of Femininity, which is very large but not infinite, and it's possible that you could pick a world that she's never heard of before to go to. Not very likely, but possible! If you have a specific target in mind and it's important to you that you get there quickly, you're more likely to get there with Somewhere In Mind than Isekai Roulette. 

If you'd like to be unsurpassably beautiful in more ways, I could try my best to do that! 

A supernaturally beautiful voice is, well, supernaturally beautiful - more beautiful than it is possible for human voices to be without magic. It helps with song magic!

Inner strength seems oddly underwhelming - most fantasy settings would have an easy way to get something at least that good. 

How extreme are the physique modifications that you can get with these? What would I need in order to get fox girl tails and ears? Can I get fantasy style pheromones with the right settings and the scent perk?

Hollow Leg lets you change as quickly as your ideal self changes. So if your ideal self is quite permanent, it'll be slow to change, but if you change your mind a lot about what's best it'll change from moment to moment. It has to be something that's ideal for you, and it doesn't let you change to species you don't have heritage from. For that you need Dragon Elf Fairy Witch.

You'd need to copy them off of a real foxgirl or kitsune using Dragon Elf Fairy Witch.

I'm not totally sure the difference between this and Flattery? Is it just that it hits everyone, not just friends, or does it have some sort of required negative connotation or... 

Flattery means that your friends will compliment you when you want to be complimented, but Beauty Is A Curse means that everyone will compliment you constantly no matter how you feel about it or what your current emotional state is.

It's still kind of tempting, to be frank, I'm just hesitant to have any drawback at all if I don't need to, since the way that this usually works makes them utterly impossible to just grow out of, whereas buying a bunch of powers that let me get more and get more opportunities for better social experiences is still something very possible without signing up for something to indefinitely drag me down. Is there any way to - work around that? 

I like the idea of including I Can Fix Them, but it's really expensive and I'm not sure how much feasibility it actually offers, or how much it makes the process less draining or - painful, even, then it would be otherwise. Redeeming people is something that means a lot to me, but... 

While I'm at it, I might as well ask how much feasibility something like The Princess and the Dragon actually offers.

Does True Love's Kiss restore stamina and alleviate the need for sleep? If so, it's probably a staple just for that. 

I don't think I can make Beauty Is A Curse grow-out-of-able - it's only providing one point already, so weakening it will only make it grant nothing.

Powers like I Can Fix Them work with the narrative, but ultimately will work based on a reasonable and nondamaging effort to you, rather than requiring the kind of input that you'd need mundanely. You'll find openings into people's hearts more easily, find people who are more redeemable in the first place, and so on. 

The Princess And The Dragon will logistically let you sleep with anything. The sun, for instance. Depending on who or what you're attempting to have sex with this may result in all kinds of shenanigans to make it possible, ranging from "the sun is now an anthropomorphic sun-girl" to "you've built a warded spaceship explicitly designed for sun-sex with full-feature feedback." 

Everyday fatigue is not, unfortunately, considered a curse, injury or illness.

I more meant drawbacks in general? I'm not sure what that kind of thing would look like, or where I would even start at customizing a drawback. 

...Okay. That's... workable? Especially if it fits into the rest of the genre in general, and all.
