Amaliens leave home to go help reds

[Sequel to trading places]

The amaliens discuss the stat-istics that Vira did estimating how the amaliens could help if they went to the new red planet. Amaliens aren't strong, and there aren't a lot of them,, but they can work and they don't need re-sources like shelter or food as much as Amentans. They can make a difference there .

There really isn't any question what they'd decide, but Lucien gets Neh and Meelia to check with a rand-om-ish sample of amaliens anyways. Almost all of them want to go help the reds. Most of them are very sad about this - 'bout leaving home, the friends they'll have to leave behind. But they still want to go.

The amaliens pre-pare for exo-dus, doing the hard job of making sure all the amaliens know what's happening and know that this is their chance to make a decision and they might not be able to make a diff-erent one later and it's really important. They pack up their things, have long con-versaitons with their friends ('specially the ones who might be staying!), cry, sing songs, make art so they don't forget 'bout each other.
