I would really love to learn to have superpowers if that turns out to be allowed! So would lots of people. Unfortunately I don't know how to find secret magic people if they do exist. Maybe you could do something that might be magic and might be special effects and put a video online claiming it's special effects and see if anyone messages you? Or is that not allowed if magic is secret?

In my timeline I would know the persuasive arguments and reassurances to do that and be okay. In this timeline I don't know those.

Okay. Maybe the best option is for you to get more oriented to this timeline and see if you can deduce where the powered people would be hiding if there were any. Am I understanding correctly that if superpowers secretly exist here, it would be disallowed for you to teach it, but if you're the only person who has them you can do whatever you want?

In my timeline, teaching superpowers is disallowed because it is secret. If I'm the only person with superpowers in this timeline I can do whatever I want and I want to teach superpowers.
