Instructions To Voters

Read carefully and completely the instructions on the top of each page. Consult the Voter Handbook if any instruction is unclear. If you make a mistake requisition a new ballot then shred and incinerate the old one. Ballots received with errors will be counted as described in the Voter Handbook unless a new ballot is submitted. 

Use a typewriter or printer with embossing for all write-in submissions. Do not pierce, cut, or tear the paper when providing write-in submissions. Separate all submissions into distinct boxes. If more than one page of submissions is necessary, include the page number and totals in the format: PAGE X/Y

The voting box is pre-printed on your ballot like so:

To rank a candidate punch completely through the appropriate holes with a Vote-O-Matic or any hole punch. Remove any chads. Indicate the most-preferred candidate with the number "1" and less preferred candidates with correspondingly higher numbers. Candidates ranked "0" (AKA, "Blank" candidates) will be tied for last place. You may give multiple candidates the same ranking. You may rank candidates non-sequentially.

Binary choices are pre-printed on your ballot like so:

⬭ - Yes / Yea 

⬭ - No / Nay

For all binary choices punch completely through the appropriate holes with a Vote-O-Matic or any hole punch. Remove any chads. Punch both holes to affirmatively abstain.
