Name: Nora Afridi
Codename: Pinion
Nationality: Canadian
Languages spoken: English, Pashto, Urdu
Date of birth: August 28, 1998
Date of awakening: November 3, 2016

Affiliation: Wild Rose Esper Network
Deployment region: North America (mainly Canada)
Primary partner: Starfist
Secondary partner(s): N/A
Rank: N/A
Classification: Control 2, Mobility 2, Beam 1

Power: Pinion fixes objects in place relative to herself. She can only pin things that are sufficiently solid - no liquids, gases, or fine particulate. Pins by default radiate from her center of mass, but she can extend them from any point within her body she chooses. A fully pinned target is immobile relative to itself as well as the rest of Pinion's system and so cannot be crushed, sliced, punctured, deformed, etc. A partially pinned target is vulnerable to such mechanical damage to its unpinned parts. Pinning does not protect against injury due to temperature, chemicals, radiation, asphyxiation, etc.
Backlash: Hypotonia and hypermobility. Scales with velocity relative to Pinion, mass, and duration.
