That's hot.

Then- she feels something swirling inside, a power surging to the surface. She flickers-

And then the head below the Darkling's hand is rather furrier than it was a moment ago.

" - Oh."

"Marvelous," she whispers, a little awed.

Huff.

"I feel... weird." Svetka's voice echoes in the Darkling's mind.

"You would, you wonderful girl."

"This is - much like the oldest sort of amplifier, it seems. The animal and Grisha become one." She pets Svetka's head.

"I'm the stag?"

"That must be why my head feels so heavy." She nods a little, shaking the antlers.

She laughs. "You are. And you should be able to shift back and forth - and I should be able to control that, too."

Is she gonna ask or- yeah she's gonna ask.

"Do you think I'm strong enough to be ridden like this?"

Oh, she likes that thought. 

"You look strong enough, wonderful girl, but the only way to be sure is to try you out."

Excited Svetka!

"Whenever you want."

She has Svetka shift her posture slightly - and circles to her side, mounting her easily. 

And then - "Stand, wonderful girl."

It takes her a second to figure out how legs work-

But she stands.

And the Darkling is pretty heavy -

But Svetka can bear her easily. She pets Svetka's neck, murmuring, "Very good, my wonderful girl."

She essays a little prancing step.

She laughs, shifting her balance. "I'll need to commission a proper war saddle for you."

"And some extra training?" She tries not to sound too hopeful.

"Absolutely."

"I'll look forward to it."

"I will too, wonderful girl."

"Now... I want to see your human face again, for a bit." She swings herself off Svetka's back and reaches out, forcing Svetka to change back.

"Hi," she giggles.

"Hello."

And: very intense kiss.

Mmmm these are good kisses. Svetka will say so with all her vast experience of kissing the Darkling like three times previously.

She's set to get a lot more experience, fortunately.
