Lissa is still plenty cheerful as she practically skips down the hall, only not doing so because she figured out in the first bit that made her bag bounce at her uncomfortably. Still, she hums a bit as she goes along, the theme song to that one anime she watched about various witch girls attending school and getting very, very close to each other.
She's not socially unaware enough to not pick up on the oddness in the cafeteria, though. She finally gets the chance to actually notice the monsters that are now popping up, the way some people are calling out other names that don't answer, and the ripple going around about whatever happened in Chicago. She doesn't need the water, so with a slight bit more heaviness to her step, she goes looking for someone who can explain better.
Now that girl over there, she feels a little scary, but she's also very pretty. And that surely makes her trustworthy, right?
"Um, hi!" she calls, approaching El. "So, um, this is a magic school, right?"
