Ribo stood carefully, the bodies of the boy she would be taking the slot of and his parents were pretty, the aftermath of Mother's work always was but she wasn't supposed to get any of their fluids on her. It would make for a bad first impression. So she had a fairly normal looking backpack, filled with mana storage, some rare metals some lightweight clothes made out of the best fibers Mother could synthesize and a number of Mother's small creatures. Not the really useful ones of course she couldn't control those and uncontrolled assassin bugs would be more dangerous to her than anyone else. The coil of platinum wire wrapped carefully around her wrists was the most useful thing, she could reshape it to be tools and weapons. Metal was a fine affinity, and it would serve her well as an artificer.
"Now remember, don't tell anyone about how you got in."
"Of course, people won't want to be friends with me if they think I might kill them."
Mother started to respond but before she could get her words out the tug came and she was elsewhere.
