Absolutely. 

They can ride their necromantic 'horse' most of the way, and Knife can grab the girl and pilot her back... Much like their classic moves, though - Knife's thinking, have a bit of fun in her body, hurt it a little bit, then Knife steps back nearly all the way. Best of both 'announced tour' and 'wake up in terrifying situation.'

Seems like a reasonable compromise.
