Nope, looks like they're pretty thorough about locking things here in Sunnydale's non-residential buildings.

....Okay, she's going to write a thing and cylinder it and then go back to look for the human.  Discreetly.

The human is actually in the cab of a pickup truck now, driving slowly along the street. Does this affect the note-passing plan?

"...Savvy people may ask you to demonstrate that you are not a normal vampire, most probably by waving a cross at you but not necessarily, I don't know if that affects you lot. Most people aren't savvy and from them the most extreme likely reaction is being asked to leave. I am unclear on how much Ellis is responsible for you, and I do not intrinsically object all that terribly much to the described library behavior, but anything that increases my enforcement burden by, for example, hearing that you entered a closed library and following up on that to discover that you did in fact put everything back before morning, is a bit annoying, and that'll add up if you lot want to do a lot of things. Kids cannot get normal jobs but you could, if the veil wasn't too off-putting, maybe mow lawns for people.
