"I guess I am. I never really thought of it that way. I considered a couple things - cat ears, wings, a tail - but none of them really felt right as something to have for always, you know?"

"It's your body, you get to decide! But, hmmmm. Would you maybe like to try on some cosplay semblances while you're here?"

"Cosplay semblances? I think I saw that in the catalog once but I don't remember what they do."

"They're costumes with sensory integration and so on. Real cat ears, angel wings, fox tails - you get the idea."

"It could be fun to experiment..."

"No pressure. I think it'd be fun to help you try on things, though!"

"That does sound like it could be fun, but right now I'm kind of having a look around the club and seeing what's happening. Are you still going to be here in an hour or so?"

"Oh, sure. I hang out here most of the time, I like talking to the locals. I mean, I can't promise I won't go off with somebody if you really leave me alone for an hour, but you can always call me, the Bowers will no doubt have put me in your contacts at this point."

"Okay, it's a date! Maybe. Well, we'll see. Anyway it was really nice chatting with you!"

"Likewise. You meet the most interesting people at the Bowers."

"You really do. Anyway I'm going to go check back in with my friend at the bar."

Audrey climbs the spiral stairs to the bar and waves to Hannah again.

Hannah doesn't see her; she's too engrossed in her conversation with the redhead.

Audrey sighs to herself and comes over to the pair. 

"Hey, Hannah. I hope I'm not interrupting?"

"Oh! Audrey! I'm sorry I missed you, Liath here has been telling me all about herself. Audrey, Liath, Liath, Audrey."

The redheaded woman nods to Audrey. "Pleased to meet you."

"Liath here is a high-ranking member of the House of Pride in Cthonia, and does BDSM on the side. It's her second month in the Bowers. And... Liath, do you mind if I explain to Audrey the problem you've been having with your kinks?"

"It's kind of embarrassing, but if you really trust her..."

"Trust me, everyone here has embarrassing kinks. Though your definition of embarrassing is a little unusual, I think."

"... I confided in you because I thought you'd have good advice to give, I'm less certain about your inexperienced friend here."
