"I mean, we've slept together, but I only just met her today, so..."

"I see. Well, don't get any big ideas."

"Rose, we've talked about this."

"Yeah, yeah, you're not my property. I get it. Still."

"I'll, ah, I'll just leave shall I?" 

"No! Please stay, Rose is a horrible little gremlin and she's teasing you."

"Didn't sound very teasy to me."

Rose is silent. Is that a twitch of a smile at the corner of her mouth?

"- Rose, I need to speak with Audrey alone."

"Do what suits you I guess."

Rose wanders off towards the bar.

"Sorry about her, I really do apologize. She's never really gotten the hang of this polyamory thing."

"It's alright, I'm not that great at it either." Shrug.

"Oh, I see. Well, let's put that aside. Are you okay with my having Rose as a partner?"

Well there's only one thing she can say to that, is there. "Of course I am."

"Now I have a previous engagement with Rose, but that doesn't mean I don't value you, okay? And you can schedule something for afterwards if you like."

"... Alright. I wanted to, ah. Repay the favour. Can we do that in a couple hours? I'll wait for you at my room."

"Okay." She winks. "Thanks for being a good sport about everything."

"Oh, you know, don't mention it."

"Alright. See you." 

She kisses Audrey on the forehead and goes off to join Rose.

Audrey watches as she goes. 

Well, that was a total mess.

She goes to the bar and orders a blue watermelon slurpee to drown her sorrows. Then she heads back to her room, slurping on it annoyedly. 

So, she's committed to being in her room for the next couple hours. Might as well explore the catalog some. Maybe pick out a few things for her meeting with Hannah. Planning can't hurt, right?

... now that she seriously looks at the catalog, she could be doing so much to make her sex life better. There's a lot she could ease away or make more fun. And even if she doesn't do something to make herself more receptive, just knowing that she's prepared will make her feel better. 

First things first, Goddess' Grace and a Consent Button. Just while she's getting used to this. 

And then... a necklace with charms for Breath-Holding, Oral Enhancement and Empathy. And... A Split-Stream Method? No, it's too much of a change to her for her to be entirely comfortable. Maybe later.

There, that's done. She puts on the necklace, there's no reason not to wear it. The Consent Button can be in her left hand, easily held down by her thumb. And the Goddess' Grace can go on her necklace as well.

She kind of wants to go exploring now. The impenetrable shield offered by the Consent Button lets her be... kind of reckless, even? She smiles to herself.

She pulls out her phone. There ought to be a way for her to contact her other self, right?

The Rose Bowers app has a "Your Directory" section, with a half-dozen people in it. Kumi, Rose, Hannah, Clematis, Aurica, and the unknown regal girl from the party, marked as ??? in the contact list. 

She dials the number listed in the directory for Aurica.
