"All right. I have- Here." She pulls out a journal and a stub of lead and hands it over.

Scribble scribble scribble, and she begins summarizing out loud as she writes, relaying exact words as much as she can (her memory, fortunately, is very good).

"Some of these revelations are... disconcerting."

"I don't really have enough local context for what's disconcerting other than the kind of alarming 'time might break'...?"

"That, the actual aedra/daedra divide, the way the universe is apparently sloppily constructed, this Heart of Lorkhan business..."

"Yeah. Sounds like we have a very strong divine suggestion to go do some assassination and sabotage."

"On the other hand, that would bring us closer to a potentially erupting volcano."

"Fair. Though I'd rather head off the eruption if it's at all feasible..."

"He didn't happen to mention where, did he?"

"Morrowind's where the experiment's happening, Kagrenac's who we're going after."

She sighs. "The Red Mountain then, in Vvardenfell. The biggest volcano on the continent."

"A big volcano exploding could definitely release enough ash to blot out the sun for a while."

"Well. We should probably do what we can to avert that."

"Yeah. It'd be - pretty much worldwide horrible."

"We'll have to go looking for a ship, rather than a cave."

Sigh. "Maybe we can spread rumors the artifacts are on Morrowind. This is a port city, right?"

"It is. The Nords don't much like elves, but trade is still trade."

She nods. "And Harkon might have less of an idea what happens to his agents if they go all the way to Morrowind... We can also plant rumors that don't lead to us, too, just to keep them busy."

"It might be a bit much if Kagrenac comes to a fight."

"...Fair, yeah. Engineers usually aren't martial arts geniuses, but he might have attack robots or something."

"Given that he intends to make a mechanical god, it is a safe assumption he has at least other mechanical helpers."

"The last ones were kind of a pain. Bet we can figure out something better... And I should get some scrap metal they use, maybe, see if it's bullet proof..."

Nod.

Small sigh. "Well, sooner begun, sooner done I guess..."

"Don't worry, I'll protect you from the big bad ocean."
