That's fine. When the Indian food arrives his phone buzzes about it. "Food's here."

"Yay."  He'll hup for that.

In comes the food. Dinner for espers.

Dinner for pretend espers!  There is some sense in which this is fundamentally unsatisfying because no food can be fundamentally satisfying under the circumstances, but also, sure, he was pretty hungry for this sort of thing and now he's putting it in his body.  That's nice or something.
