"Mind, I'll have to ask the Valar if they can do portals outside Valinor - and ask Findekáne if any of the Maiar who've decided they like humans are powerful enough to be useful -"

They leave the Queen to her next appointment. "Yes, they vary in power level from 'nearly a Vala' to - well, I'd say 'barely sapient' but I don't actually know if that's true, it's more that those ones don't interact with the world in any way I could evaluate..."

"Huh. Well, if they don't interact with the world presumably they haven't developed a fondness for humans?"

"Yeah, these ones'll all be well above that."

"Have they been reading the internet or talking to the kids or what, I haven't met any..."

"I think a mix of both? That's why I said we should run by Findekáne, though, she's been handling outings for the kids and interfacing between them and various curious and inquisitive residents of Tirion..."

"I wonder if I should make an effort to hang out with the kids more."

"If you think they need humans we could hire someone with fewer demands on their time than you, if you think they need positive influences all of the Elves I have hanging out with them are splendid ones -"

"I mostly just think it's possible they're reading into my absence, since they know I'm here."

The humans have spacious pretty apartments off the palace with a communal lounge/dining area where they show up just as food is being delivered. There are four psions and five mages and one psion's big sister who really wanted to move to the alien planet with her and told Maitimë her sister'd learn a lot faster with someone around keeping them on track. There are also about a dozen Elves of the same approximate developmental maturity; at 14 the humans outgrowing them won't be much of a problem.
