"This is probably the point at which I should make announcements explaining things to Tirion - we'll want to hold a festival -"

"Sounds fun. Are they fun?"

"They are splendid! They last three of our weeks,  you might find that a long time."

"...yes, that is a long time, wow. What's all the time filled with?"

"Uh, concerts, theatre, dances, parties, sports competitions..."

"That seems like a lot to set up on short notice."

"Little bit. I find it really satisfying to pull them off smoothly."

Will the Valar notice or do you throw random three week festivals all the time?

There are a dozen standard annual ones, the calendar's built around them, and then there'd be ones for a royal wedding or birth or engagement or naming. They'll notice eventually but not immediately.
