The town of Hanslea is experiencing something of a disturbance. A small patrol from the nearby fort is trying to capture a pair of fugitives in the town square, but not having much luck. 

Robin skids to a stop just outside the square where a crowd has formed to watch at a safe distance, and then weaves through until he can get a good look at what's going on. His grip tightens on the spear, or rather Spear, in his habds as he takes in the scene.
