It's currently just going over the syllabus. They seem to assume students can already read, write, and do math to a certain level.
The eight classes are:
-Home room. Mostly learning more math, reading, and writing at first, and assorted random skills like ciphers as time goes on.
-First aid. Basic safety things first.
-Survival. They'll be starting with identification of plants and animals.
-Civics. This seems to cover history, government, geography, and social studies, all in one.
-Infiltration. They'll learn how to act, assorted skills for different professions, how to read people... At first it'll mostly be more of a mixture of 'crafts' and 'theatre' though.
-Weapons. They'll be starting with safety, but moving on fairly quickly to throwing shuriken and sparring with staves.
-Physical education. This covers taijutsu, running, rope courses, moving over unstable ground...
-Chakra. This will be mostly meditation exercises and theory at first.
Classes are split into two blocks of four each, held on alternating days. They have Saturdays off, and are in school Sunday through Friday. Block one, today, is home room, first aid, survival, and physical education. Block two, starting tomorrow, is civics, infiltration, chakra, and weapons.
The syllabus has them moving pretty quickly, for seven year olds.
