Fëanáro seems to have kind of replaced his parents in his life and settled in to Warp but might be persuadable to visit as long as they could really credibly (here is what "credibly" means!) guarantee that visiting would not impair his ability to cavort about the multiverse. As for Boots, well, apologies are customary, but she's sort of resentfully terrified of them and might not want to come by and hear one unless they're really golden on the credibility thing. They could practice apologizing with Rúmil, who they just teleported several miles without warning as a demonstration.
