Another flash of light and Morrigan uncurls her body, standing upright. She smiles languidly.

“I trust that was sufficient?”

"Oh, yes, more than, ma'am. Thank you!"

Morrigan half-smiles, then turns away to continue whatever nefarious thing she was doing before. 

“We’d best leave her be, lest she turn us to toads,” Zevran says, wrapping an arm around Blaze to lead her back to the middle of camp. 

She lets him, leaning into his side a little, surprisingly content with the easy contact.

Zevran can’t help but be pleased with that. The little thing needs plenty of affection to combat all those dark thoughts in her head. 

Azry meets them in the camp, Alistair and Wynne hovering a short distance away. 

She smiles quickly at Blaze, but turns a stern look on Zevran. “We need to talk.”

Zevran doesn’t let his smile falter for a second. “Of course, my dear Warden. But, perhaps, somewhere out of earshot? We mustn’t air our dirty laundry in public.” All of this is said in a cheeky, light hearted way, but all of it designed to not worry Blaze. 

Azry catches onto this quickly, mentally kicking herself. “You are completely incorrigible,” she says to Zevran. 

To Blaze: “Would you mind giving Leliana a hand? I’ve got to steal our resident assassin for a moment.”

"I. No, ma'- Azry, that's fine."

“Won’t be long. We’ll get moving soon.”

With that, Zevran and Azry walk off, Alistair and Wynne following. 

Leliana doesn’t seem to be struggling with anything, but she offers Blaze a smile.

Blaze smiles back, and then looks around to see if anyone does look like they need help.

Sten appears to be having a serious conversation with Eddie.

She moves a little closer, not trying to intrude.

Sten growls ferociously at the dog.

Eddie barks back, growling, haunches raised.

Sten roars.

Eddie leaps at Sten, knocking him to the ground, snarling in his face.

"You are a true warrior, and worthy of respect."

Eddie barks happily, licking Sten's face, before lying down across his body.

Blaze giggles quietly, because that is adorable.

Eddie barks happily at Blaze, starting like he means to jump of Sten to go to her, but whines. He does not want to give up his victory. 

“We did not disturb you, Blaze?” Sten asks by way of greeting. 

She shakes her head a little, moving closer so she can scritch Eddie's head. "No."
