Tillia is walking around with a hammer and a stepladder and a bunch of papers she's nailing up, explaining about the Mage Caucus that the Professor is putting together. She can't, quite, get levitate to stabilize, so she has the stepladder instead.  She's not obviously a wizard, at least to chelish eyes, as she is a halfling, but she is wearing an embroidered cowled robe in purple and gold in the latest Absalom fashion.
