In The Event of My Death

It shouldn't be needed. Cotonnet is not going to let him stay dead while he's a delegate. But Westcrown doesn't have to go full Terror for it to be a concern.

In the Event of My Unretrievable Death, or Sudden Exile From Westcrown, My Last Will And Testament as to the Disposition of My Goods And Property in Cheliax,

To be executed by the free halfling Tibex Escriva if he is willing and able, and by the Church of Abadar at standard rates taken from my savings if not.

Firstly, to my servants, one year's pay each as a lump sum, and the duplicate copies of their manumission papers which I made the day I purchased them in case they should lose their copies. And all good wishes and the hope that you will more firmly believe you are free, as I do not think I ever fully succeeded in convincing you.

Secondly, to the Church of Iomedae in Westcrown, all remaining paper money from the old regime, in the wish you can do whatever is wisest with notes backed by the souls of the damned.

Thirdly, to my acolyte Sarakaske, the pick of my library, and if she chooses to remain a priest of Erecura in Cheliax also the contents of my savings chest on the ground floor as a reward for her bravery. She ought to know where it is.

Fourthly, to Tibex himself, my drinks cabinet and all its contents, and whatever wage or fee he considers appropriate for his services past or present. I apologize that I will not be around to share them with you, my friend.

To my parents, nothing but my apologies, but you don't need the help.

And the remainder, building and contents, to the proprietors of the Bell of the Sea tavern, who I am reliably assured have been faithful servants of Good and Chaos since before the Thrunes fell, and friends to the halfling community, whose plight I have always considered the most injust. To keep or sell at your own discretion, and I wish you all the best.

Signed and sealed this first day of Sarenith and deposited with the Vault of Abadar,

Theopho, born Lebanel, previously Rahadi, called 'of the Runes', High Watcher of Erecura in the Inner Sea.
